The Captains will be running a family day on the 1st June from 12.00 in aid of their charity which is "The Friends of Woking Community Hospital." The Friends do an amazing job supporting our local hospital. Late last year they finished painting the wards, and they are currently raising funds for new outdoor furniture and to purchase more porter wheelchairs (the wheelchairs with the poles on them) amongst many other things.
Please come along and bring all the family. There will be burgers and bacon baps on arrival and up to 2pm with cakes served from 3pm plus ice creams for the kids. Plenty of kids games or get your families trying bowls. There will be an adult raffle and something special for our younger visitors.
