Dear ##firstname##,

It is our Family Fun Day on Sunday 28th June, running from 10.00am to 4.00pm. This event is primarily for club members and their families but we will advertise the event in the village in the run up to the day.

There will be 2 rinks set up for anyone who wishes to try their hand at bowling and the other 4 rinks will be set up for bowling challenges suitable for all age groups. On the day you will be competing against people of similar ability. The age groups are;

6 and under

7-12 years

Teenagers

Non-Bowling adults

Bowling adults

There will be refreshments available all day. Bacon/sausage rolls and cakes, hot drinks and the bar will be open from midday until 4.00pm. Please bring cash for refreshments. Please note only club members will be able to purchase alcoholic drinks from the bar.

The 'Knit & Natter' ladies will have a small stall selling gifts and Joy has kindly offered to be the contact for cakes. If anyone is able to bake a cake/cup cakes for sale during the day please let Joy know.

We are very happy to cater for any dietary requirements but please let me know in advance.

There will be small prize for the top 3 in each age group and all the children taking part will receive a small gift.

I would really appreciate it if you could let me know if you are able to attend and the ages of any children so we can plan accordingly. 

I am also asking for volunteers on the day to help with activities on the green and in the kitchen, also 2 bar trained staff to help out with the bar.
